Cranberry Orange Smoothie


Okay – It’s time to try and keep things real . . . the best part of Thanksgiving is all the wonderful flavors of fall.  However, let’s be honest- most are loaded with calories {of course they are, that’s what makes them so yummy!}

So here’s a delicious way to enjoy those wonderful holiday flavors without feeling guilty!   Mmmm… smoothie with fresh cranberries and orange!   What a great idea for breakfast during the holidays!  Best of all – taste delicious and totally guilt-free!  Only 1.5 gram of fat and 200 calories {Wahoo!}  You can enjoy this one whenever you like!

Cranberry Orange Smoothie

Ingredients:

3/4 cup orange juice

3/4 cup fresh cranberries

3/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

1 banana, frozen

1/2 cup ice cubes

Directions:

Add ingredients to blender in order listed and blend until smooth.  Makes 2 servings.  YUM!
