Chicken Caesar Salad with Pasta

Yes, it is a green salad with bowtie pasta mixed right in.   You read it correctly.  The pasta works perfectly here, not only does it taste great, but it adds a little more substance to the salad.  It is a little more filling.  This is a perfect lunch or dinner salad, if you ask me.  I have eaten it a few times in the last week or so.

Chicken Caesar Salad with Pasta

Ingredients:

Romaine Lettuce, chopped

Bowtie Pasta, cooked {or your favorite}

Cooked Chicken {I like to use a leftover Rotiserie Chicken, but any cooked chicken breasts will work}

Sesame Noodles with Chicken


 
If you haven’t got your menus planned for the week, you’ll want to make room for these Sesame Noodles.  The mix of flavors in these noodles is amazing:  peanut butter, ginger, garlic, brown sugar, and of course toasted sesame seeds; but the secret ingredient is definitely the toasted sesame oil.  If you haven’t used it before, just open the can and take a whiff . . .  Mmm, you’ll be instantly transported to somewhere in the Far East with images of all your favorite oriental dishes.  {Use the toasted sesame oil in your stir fry also.  Don’t use it

Pineapple Cream Cheese Bars

Looking for a quick dessert? Looking for a big flavor? Well, look no further. These Pineapple Cream Cheese Bars are so fast and east to put together and are a delicious treat kids and adults will love. These make a perfect dessert for summer picnics and barbecues.

Pineapple Cream Cheese Bars

Ingredients:

1 Pineapple Cake Box Mix
2 Large Eggs, used separately
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1 Brick (8 Oz) Cream Cheese, room temperature
1/4 Cup Sugar
2 TBS Crushed Pineapple with juice

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix cake mix, 1 egg, and oil until crumbly; reserve 1-1/4
