Pumpkin Gingersnap Dip

I know, I know another pumpkin recipe.  But it is that time of year and there are so many great pumpkin recipes out there to share with you.  This one is super easy too.  If you need a quick little something to serve a few guest here you go.  Of course if gingersnaps are not your favorite cookie or you don’t happen to have any; this goes great with vanilla wafers as well.

Pumpkin Gingersnap Dip

Ingredients:

2 (7oz) containers marshmallow creme
1 (8oz) package cream cheese, room temperature
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Gingersnaps or vanilla wafers for dipping

Directions:

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth. Stir in the pumpkin and cinnamon. Serve as a dip with cookies. Store in the refrigerator.
