Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie


You know by now we love the taste of peanut butter and chocolate!  A perfect match.  We also love smoothies.  This quick-start breakfast or mid-day pick-me-up is loaded with good stuff like vitamins and protein; PLUS the great PB & C combo.

Combine milk, non-fat Greek yogurt, banana, peanut butter and a just a pinch of chocolate for this tasty beverage your whole family will love.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup milk

2 cups non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt

2 ripe bananas

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

2 tablespoons chocolate syrup (more for garnish optional)

Directions

Place all the ingredients in your blender and cream until smooth.  Pour into cup and swirl a little more chocolate syrup if you like.
