S’mores Popcorn

S'mores Popcorn

I had my first S'more of the summer this past weekend, enjoying it with friends around a fire on a cool Colorado summer night.

I love S'mores.

I crave them.

I eat way too many of them.

I can't help myself.

So it is no wonder that S'mores Popcorn would be at the top of my summer snack list. It is easy and requires no fire. Although, I have been known to satisfy a S'mores craving by using the microwave; not as good, but it will do.
